Hangzhou, China, has decided that traffic lights are simply too last-century and deployed a squad of 15 humanoid robot police to manage its tourist-clogged streets. Apparently, the most efficient way to handle traffic is with a glorified, endlessly waving mannequin that never needs a coffee break.
